Your conversation is never sold, never shared.

This is one of iSyph's foundational promises, and we state it plainly.

Our guarantee

• iSyph does not sell your personal data or conversation content to anyone.
• iSyph does not rent or trade your data for advertising or any other purpose.
• iSyph does not share your conversation content with third parties, except strictly as needed to operate the service for you, or as required by law.
• No third-party advertising network, data broker, or analytics platform receives your conversation content.

Limited, necessary processors

iSyph's architecture is built so that internal components — the messaging backend, the automation that applies configuration changes, and the tools our staff use to support you — communicate only with each other, over our own private network. They do not call out to any external service. In practice, only two categories of external processor are involved in running iSyph at all:

• Infrastructure hosting — the servers iSyph runs on, located in India. The provider has no access to the content of your conversations; it hosts the machine, nothing more.
• Transactional email delivery — used solely to send emails you or your team would expect, such as a reply to a quote enquiry or a password-reset link. This provider sees only the email address and message content necessary to deliver that specific email, never your conversation data.

Both are bound by contract to process data only on our instructions, to the same standard described here, and never for their own purposes. A current, named list of processors is available to clients on request and in our Data Processing Agreement.

When we may disclose

iSyph may disclose data only where legally compelled — for example, a valid order from a competent Indian authority. Where permitted by law, we will inform the affected Data Fiduciary before doing so.

Accountability

This guarantee is reflected in our contracts. If you believe it has been breached, our Grievance Officer will respond.
